Gaytimes is a boutique festival with a strictly limited capacity.
To create an intimate experience, there will be fewer than 1000 people.

FESTIVAL TICKETS

ALL TICKETS INCLUDE ADMISSION TO GAYTIMES 2019 & GENERAL ADMISSION CAMPING

Early Bird Tickets: $185 inc GST + booking fee
First Release Tickets: $219 inc GST + booking fee

All tickets include free camping.
All tickets are for the entire weekend.
No refunds. Name changes are permitted.
No single day tickets available.

GLAMPING PACKAGES

Hate camping? Never fear, our glamping partner Wow Tents will save you the hassle of pitching a tent.

Our glamping tents are luxurious bell tents pre-pitched for your convenience that sleep up to five people.

For the first time, you can book a glamping tent separately from your festival ticket.

Glamping packages must be purchased in addition to your festival ticket.


BASIC GLAMPING BELL TENT ONLY UP TO 3 PEOPLE (BYO BEDDING)
$280 inc GST + booking fee

BASIC GLAMPING BELL TENT ONLY UP TO 5 PEOPLE (BYO BEDDING)
$350 inc GST + booking fee

Wow Tents will pitch your bell tent for you, and you bring your own mattress, pump and bedding to pimp out your lodgings as you see fit. If you want to glamp but you are tight on cash, this is the option for you.


DELUXE GLAMPING BELL TENT 2 PERSON (WITH BEDDING)
$340 inc GST + booking fee
1 x Glamping Bell Tent provided with 1 x double foam mattress, pillows, bedding, rugs and fairy lights.

DELUXE GLAMPING BELL TENT 4 PERSON (WITH BEDDING)
$400 inc GST + booking fee
1 x Glamping Bell Tent provided with 4 x single foam mattresses, pillows, bedding, rugs and fairy lights.

DELUXE GLAMPING BELL TENT 5 PERSON (WITH BEDDING)
$340 inc GST + booking fee
1 x Glamping Bell Tent provided with 5 x single foam mattresses, pillows, bedding, rugs and fairy lights.

The full glamping experience complete with your own real foam mattress, pillows, bed linen, rugs and fairy lights.

ALL GLAMPING PACKAGES MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADDITION TO YOUR FESTIVAL TICKET.

Due to space, our glamping is strictly limited to 100 festivalgoers, and will sell out.
 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Gates open at 12pm Friday 15th February till 2pm Sunday 17th February.

Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email including your PDF ticket and tax invoice from Eventbrite on behalf of Gaytimes Festival.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your email inbox, make sure you check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see your order confirmation click here to access the Eventbrite help centre.

There are no refunds, however name changes can be made until 48 hours before the gates open. For all questions relating to ticket purchases, please contact Eventbrite here.

Gaytimes is a fully licensed BYO festival but with a strict ban on glass and total fire ban.

Gaytimes is fully catered with a breakfast canteen, food trucks, specialty coffee and cocktail bars.

Gaytimes will also sell other essentials in case you forgot or run out.

We provide free drinking water.

Bring cash as there are limited cash out facilities.

We’ll send you a checklist of what to bring (and what not to bring).

Don’t forget you’ll need to bring your own tent, camping gear, and warm clothes.

LOCATION

Gaytimes 2019 will be held in a picturesque mountaintop site at Lake Mountain Alpine Resort in Marysville, 1.5 hours from Melbourne in the Yarra Ranges.

SHUTTLE TICKETS

In addition to your festival tickets, Gaytimes now offers a shuttle bus to take attendees from Melbourne to Gaytimes 2019 and return, proudly sponsored by Vanessa. 

The shuttle bus will depart Melbourne on Friday Feb 15 and will return on Sunday Feb 17.

ALL TICKETS ARE RETURN and all shuttle bus ticket holders must hold a valid ticket to Gaytimes 2019.

The Gaytimes Shuttle Buses will return in 2018, proudly sponsored by Vanessa who get help you home safe.

The shuttle buses will depart Melbourne and travel direct to Lake Mountain Alpine Resort.

The shuttle buses will depart on Friday and return on Sunday.

CAR PASSES

Returning this year, Gaytimes is partnering with Treecreds to offset the carbon footprint of the festival.

Every vehicle will be required to purchase a car pass.

You can purchase your car pass with your ticket, or in cash on arrival.

ACCESSIBILITY

Lake Mountain Alpine Resort and the Gaytimes Festival site is a wheelchair accessible venue, however there are slopes and rocky terrain in some places. If you are a person with disability, please get in touch with our operations team at hello@gaytimes.com.au so that we can better prepare you for your visit.

SAFETY

Gaytimes Festival is an 18+ event. Please bring photo I.D.

Gaytimes aims to create a magical space for LGTBIQ people and their friends to come together and be themselves. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards sexual abuse, harassment and any anti-social, homophobic, transphobic, biphobic or racist behaviour. Our Code of Conduct will be sent to you when you purchase your tickets.

Be aware of the space you are in and enjoy yourselves.

Safety Ambassadors will be onsite, to look out for those who may be feeling uncomfortable or compromised. We recognise that the safety of the patrons of Gaytimes is the most important aspect of the event by promoting physical safety, and for the event to be free of harassment, anti-social behaviour, homophobia, transphobia, biphobia or racism.
